In 2005 she qualified and started her practice as a Career Coach, helping Execs to work out the career that would light them up and bring them a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
She was a trainer for the Ministry of Defence for 3 years, working with all ranks helping them in their transition from military to civilian life and giving them the tools to start another successful career.
Together with her team, Nicola’s mission is to help professionals in a wide range of industries to step up and become the leader they are capable of being.
